The Anthony & Alexander Group (AAG) is a global customer experience management research and consulting firm that works with organizations to create differentiating experiences and profitable customer relationships. We invite independent consultants in the customer care field to join our team of highly-skilled professional consultants.

Working with AAG

AAG client engagements include Fortune 1000 companies as well as more specialized firms. Our consultants are senior professionals in customer service, quality management and customer experience management (CEM) who are directly involved in fulfilling client deliverables. We handle all sales, marketing and billing activities and processes, so consultants can focus entirely on the client’s requirements and expectations. Marketing activities include a customized webcast (“Ask the Gurus”) that feature each consultant’s core competencies. The webcasts are marketed aggressively via email campaigns and other programs.

Have you or your company ever been reported to or disciplined by any professional organization?
